We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfume/oud/bokhoor products cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the next steps with you directly.
Once we receive and check the returned item, we'll agree with you on a refund or exchange, based on how you originally paid.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right at no extra cost.
